Deep in the woods in the Mire lies a strange and out of place sight, a carousel that just doesn’t seem totally harmless.

KOVA
Originally from Germany, Kova migrated to the Appalachia region a few years before the bombs dropped working as an architect for some of the major corporations in the area like Nuka Cola, Red Rocket, and more. Being conscripted into the Vault 76 program, Kova was able to avoid the destruction from the Great War and reemerge in Appalachia as an instrumental tool in the rebuilding of this great land. To this day Kova regularly uses unseen ingenuity to create some of the most unconventional and amazing builds Appalachia has seen.
