Spikester

A rogue builder that ventured into the wasteland after the initial devastation and having a proclivity to the raiders, Spikester is a man that subscribes to his own faction. He follows his own rules and his own path. It is thought that he was an ascriber to Free States movement from before the war since  he seems to have a soft spot in building for them but there is no solid confirmation on this. One thing is for certain, he does enjoy rebuilding the wasteland and the good people of the wasteland are better for it.
