The Free States Resurgence needed a more spacious bunker to house its new recruits and Spikester was gracious enough to create a whole, undergroud town housed in the atrium of an unused Vault-Tec vault.
This bunker houses a medical center, a market, and multiple living quarters along with a situation room for the Free States leaders.
