Sanctuary Hills use to be a utopia of suburban life before the bombs dropped but was levelled quite extensively afterwards due to its proximity to the nuclear fallout. Its former glory all but lost to time, that was until High Grade Jay brought his high standard of building pedigree to the Boston suburb!
Visitors to the delapidated Sanctuary Hills will not recognize that it is now the new and improved, High Grade Hills because of the extensive changes made to the place. Really the only thing that remained the same is the road with the roundabout and the old rickety bridge leading to the small town. Other than that the once great suburb has been reborn even better than before all thanks to the phenomonal builder High Grade Jay.
