BLUE STEEL SAFEHOUSE
A small, yet secure, safehouse hanging underneath a bridge that allows easy crossing of the Monongahela River constructed by wasteland builder Duck. The Blue Steel Safehouse, named that because of the characteristic blue steel manufactured by Grafton Steel used in its construction, is a base of operations for Duck to help him in his search for his kidnapped children, before the bombs dropped, by the evil executives of Grafton Steel.
