Located just north of the crumbling Monorail Elevator, this build is a miraculous clffside build that offers wide angle views of Watoga that will be sure to put a tear in your eye. The other thing that will put a tear in your eye is the constant nuclear missles dropping on that constatnly irate Scorchbeast Queen because of the blinding light, to which this build also offers you a spectacular view of from a preferrably safe distance.
