Before the great war culminated with the bombs dropping the US Government commissioned hidden bunkers and missile silos all throughout the Appalachain region. This particual missle silo and command station was designed and spearheaded by KOVA himself.
The station is hidden beneath a seemingly floating fishing shack in the middle of the lake next to Thunder Mountain Nuclear Station. This station features two ICBM’s and a fully functional command center with lodging for the staff.
